About Claire
Bonjour!
I have been giving some French lessons for three years in the UK, helping a variety of learners. As a native French speaker, I tend to create an authentic learning process for all my students. I love seeing people achieving their goals, and that is why I decided to become a French and Spanish teacher. I have a French degree in English and Spanish translation, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education in Modern Foreign Language from the University of Sussex.

Perfect! Claire was really friendly and made me feel at ease with the lesson and with speaking French. She is a great teacher!
Perfect! Claire has been teaching my 13-year-old daughter for just over 2 months now and we are very pleased with how it's going! My daughter loves languages and when she couldn't do two at her school, we decided she could have French lessons privately. She is aiming for a GCSE. Claire's lessons are interesting with lots of useful activities across the skills and including grammar. She is personalising the lessons to suit my daughter's learning style and Maia is very motivated, always looking forward to her next lesson. We can highly recommend Claire to other prospective tutees :-)
