About Rahul
As a squad swimming coach, I am committed to developing swimmers’ skills, fitness, and confidence in a structured and supportive environment. I plan and deliver effective training sessions focusing on stroke technique, endurance, speed, and race skills such as starts and turns. Each session is designed to suit different ability levels while helping swimmers progress steadily.
I work closely with swimmers to set goals, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to support improvement. I encourage discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, creating a positive atmosphere where swimmers feel motivated to achieve their best.
Safety is always my priority, and I ensure all sessions are supervised and follow proper procedures. I also communicate regularly with parents about progress and development. I take pride in preparing swimmers for competitions and helping them build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong passion for swimming.
