About ALBERT THIPE
My name is Albert Thipe Maleka, and I am a qualified Bachelor of Education (BEd) teacher with more than four years of teaching experience. I am passionate about helping learners understand Mathematics and develop confidence in their abilities. I currently teach Mathematics and have experience working with learners from different backgrounds and learning levels. My teaching approach is patient, supportive, professional and learner-centred. I believe that every learner can succeed when concepts are explained clearly and taught in a way that matches their individual needs. I am committed to creating a positive learning environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and improving their skills. Whether a learner needs help with homework, difficult concepts, examination preparation or general academic improvement, I provide structured lessons and individual attention to help them achieve their goals.

I am a qualified BEd teacher with over 4 years of teaching experience, specialising in Mathematics for Grades 4–7. My lessons are learner-centred, patient and practical, with a strong focus on building confidence and understanding. I use simple explanations, worked examples, guided practice, problem-solving activities and regular revision to help learners master difficult concepts. I can teach in English and Setswana, and I am able to adapt my teaching approach to suit each learner’s individual needs and learning pace. A typical lesson includes a short review, introduction of the new concept, examples, guided activities, independent practice and feedback. My lessons are suitable for primary and lower-secondary learners who need extra support, exam preparation, homework assistance or extension activities. I aim to create a friendly, supportive learning environment where every learner feels comfortable asking questions and developing their mathematical skills.
