About Rumaan
I absolutely love teaching and helping students and find it extremely rewarding. During my degree I helped out many of my peers through reviewing their work and becoming student representative. I attained a first class degree in my project related to public health and did pretty well in assignments due to my strong research critiquing skills.
Self interests include:
event planning and home decor. I love cooking except it is along process to make my dishes taste great!

Understanding in students can be instilled by breaking down complex ideas into simple methodological steps and with the correct resources and exam questions, success can be achieved. I have delivered from 1-1 to classroom size lessons to students covering KS3 science material to GCSE level. My main speciality is chemistry and biology as I have studied these subjects on a degree level upon completion of my MPHARM degree in which I attained an upper second-class honours.I have utilised expert classroom management to maintain well-structured, smooth-running lessons in line with student learning objectives. Moreover, I am open to feedback from students and would priorities their preferred teaching styles and revision techniques - in order to help them retain and apply their knowledge to the best of their ability.
