I am a patient,friendly person who loves teaching people how to cook and I base my lessons on a combination of formal training (eg knife skills and food hygiene) and practical cooking methods. My lessons are suitable for adults who are keen to learn how to cook basic recipes with ease and enjoyment.
I have been teaching people to cook informally for over 5 years. I have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and am currently studying my Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery. Prior to becoming a Cook I worked in Customer Service for over 30 years. I love talking about food and sharing my knowledge.
Flat rate of $20 per hour plus cost of food - recipe to be discussed with students prior to the lesson.
100% Cancellation fee applies if the lesson is cancelled on the day and not rescheduled.
Flat rate of $10.00 per lesson for travel within a 15 km radius of Tusmore.
