About Geethanjali
I hold a Master’s degree in Microbiology with a CGPA of 8.11 and have qualified the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) for Assistant Professor, which evaluates subject knowledge, conceptual understanding, problem-solving ability, aptitude, and reasoning skills. I am deeply passionate about teaching, and the happiness that comes from helping students understand the beauty of Biology is truly special to me. Let’s understand biology, not memorize. I am a Microbiology postgraduate and molecular biologist, KSET-qualified and eligible for the Assistant Professor position. I teach Biology and related life sciences with a strong focus on conceptual clarity, logical thinking, and real understanding rather than rote learning. My teaching approach is student-centered and flexible. I begin by assessing the student’s current level and areas of difficulty, then explain concepts step by step using simple language, diagrams, and real-life examples. I encourage questions and make sure the student is comfortable before moving to the next concept. A typical class includes: Quick revision of previous concepts Clear explanation of the new topic Visual aids, diagrams, and examples Short questions or discussion to check understanding Exam-oriented tips where required My special strength is building strong fundamentals and gradually connecting basics to advanced concepts. I aim to make Biology interesting, less intimidating, and easier to retain. My classes are suitable for: School students (middle school to senior secondary) Pre-university and undergraduate students Anyone who wants a strong foundation in Biology and Life Sciences Subjects I teach include Biology, Microbiology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Botany, Zoology and related subjects.
