About Emily

With 8 years of experience in teaching guitar, I’ve worked with students of many levels—from school beginners to college performers. I believe in setting clear goals and guiding students step-by-step. Whether a student wants to play their favorite songs, pass a music exam, or perform on stage, I help them reach their goals with focus and care. One of my biggest teaching moments was when a student got accepted into a music college after working hard with me for eight years. That success was shared between us, and it’s moments like these that keep me motivated as a tutor. I teach with purpose, energy, and a love for music that I hope to pass on to every student.

About the lesson

My teaching philosophy centers on personalized learning, motivation, and creativity. Guitar is an instrument of self-expression, and I help students find their voice by tailoring lessons to their interests and skill levels. We explore different playing styles, learn songs, and use improvisation to spark imagination.

I also offer knowledge in related music subjects such as music theory, ear training, and rhythm. This comprehensive approach helps students build skills and enjoy music for life.
