About Bec
I am an experienced teacher. I started as an English as a Second Language teacher in Japan at 20 years old. I taught predominantly students between 1 year and 6 years (yes, starting young is great!) I also taught Japanese adults English. Since returning to Australia, I became a qualified teacher of Humanities and began teaching high school Humanities and English. In my time in Japan, I learned to read, write, and speak Japanese to an intermediate level, and therefore can pass this on to the younger students. I also have extensive non-educational work experience working on major government events, which has given me a great base to apply international relations to the real world.
