I am language teacher with a teaching degree from Rhodes University..i have taught English in a FeT college for a year I also offer creative writing if needed....at moment I am tutoring first year students at Rhodes University their mother tongue which is IsiXhosa.

Approach where learner is the center of of learning is the kind of methodology I prefer to use but it really depends on the kind of topic we will be covering at the particular time....for example if I were to teach the communication cycle.. .firstly I would introduce the topic..then allow my learners time to research on after I have given pointers such as what is a communication cycle, the history of it and probably who is the well known theorist of it...then after that I would allow learners to go and research more in what I've mentioned above and more
..for class discussions on the topic when we meet again.
