About Naginder

I have done my Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked for 4 years as a Plant Engineer in Automotive Manufacturing. I hold a "Professional Engineer" membership with Engineers Australia. Currently, I am studying a Graduate Certificate course in Mechanical Engineering to further enhance my skills and knowledge. I am planning to study for a Masters degree in the future so that I can have a pathway to enter into Engineering research.
My favorite subjects are Mathematics, Fluid Mechanics, Finite Element Method, Computational Fluid Dynamics. I enjoy working on some Engineering software such as SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS.
I will be very happy to help students in High School from year 9 to 12 in Mathematics. Furthermore, I can help students in 1st year Engineering Schools with introduction to important Engineering Software such as SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS.
I like helping students in the topics where they are facing difficulties in understanding the concept and related problems. In addition to that, helping them to grasp the concept by going back to the basics to develop an overall appreciation of the subject.

About the lesson

I have completed my Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and have worked as a Plant Engineer for more than 4 years. I have experience in teaching students from grade 9 to 12 (High School) and few of them in 1st year Engineering School.
I would love to help students from grade/year 9 to 12 (High School) in Mathematics and topics such as Fluid Mechanics, Applied Mechanics. I can also help 1st year Engineering Students with introduction to Engineering software such as SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS.
Generally, the length of the session will be from 40minutes to 1 hour depending on the topic.
My method of teaching students is based on the following:
- Understanding where the student is facing difficulties in a particular topic.
- Helping the student understand the concept of the topic by going back to the basics.
- Encouraging the student in trying to solve sample problems or helping them solve a difficult problem in their homework.
- Making sure the session in interactive and students develop an overall appreciation of the topic.
