Since I started working as a German teacher and tutor over 27 years ago, I have been able to pride myself on the simple fact each and every one of my various private German language students has achieved a satisfactory pass mark / grade with their first exam attempt. All of my students consistently achieve C2 GSD level German and enjoy learning with me, be it for fun, business, school or because they are moving to German, Switzerland or Austria and wish to integrate successfully.

NATIVE GERMAN & ENGLISH SPEAKER

Born into an English and German family in Germany, I am a native speaker of German and English. Having attended both German and English schools, graduated from King's College London with a top honours German language and literature degree as well as post graduate studies in Modern Foreign Language Teaching from UCL’s world-renowned Institute of Education, I have worked in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Bern, Basel, Tel Aviv, and also London for most of my professional working life.

CUSTOMISED GERMAN LESSONS

Well aware every person's language learning ability is different, I tailor and structure your private German lessons at home or work according to your individual and specific needs. Thus, I ensure you learn at your own best pace and using your preferred learning methods. Each and every of my German language student has access to their own personal online learning space using the award winning learning system Moodle, which enables student to learn in their own time and rhythm.

GCSE, A-LEVEL, TELC & Goethe-Zertifikat A1 - C2 GDS

I am an experienced private German tutor & teacher successfully tutoring and teaching school kids and adults alike through K–12, Key Stages KS3 & KS4 up to GCSE, A-Level & the IB (International Baccalaureate), as well as the CEFR A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, Goethe-Zertifikat C2 "Großes Deutsches Sprachdiplom" (GDS), and TestDaF, DSH, TELC examinations. My tried and tested personal one-on-one and Skype online exam preparation lessons systematically guide you to first time success.
