About Finn
I fell in love with the sport of boxing 3 years ago, pretty much ever since I have been training at least twice a day 5-6 days a week. I take my boxing, strength, and fitness very seriously but I still believe it's never worth it if you're not enjoying yourself. I would love to take on new clients and teach them the sweet science of boxing the same way it was taught to me.

I teach basic fundamental principles of boxing and also help people become stronger, fitter, and more powerful individuals/athletes. My coaching philosophy is that everyone needs to be taught fundamental techniques and why we do them so they can use intuition and practice to become better boxers. I teach kids, beginners, and those looking to improve fitness and wellbeing.
