About Masha

I fell in love with Pole and want to help you do the same! It's brought me newfound strength, muscle and confidence - and now I want to share that with others! I love watching students nail a move or a spin - and I'll be your greatest cheerleader as you do so. I am qualified to teach, train and advise, and I am also fully insured to do so. You're in safe hands with me!

About the lesson

My classes are tailored to you! I will teach you tricks and spins appropriate for your current level and offer progressions and regressions for each move so you can master it. Lessons typically last one hour and I use a mix of verbal and visual cues. I have great spotting technique if we are doing a face-to-face class. My classes are for women interested in trying out Pole Fitness and for those who are relatively new to it. We like to say that Pole is for any BODY, so age and size are not important - just having the right mindset!

I've really enjoyed my sessions with her - which have been catered by her to meet my needs/goals, and really well-structured.

She's always prepared for the sessions with the personal plan, but also flexible to make changes as we go when things don't go according to plan, e.g., if I really struggle with a move.

Masha is incredibly approachable and friendly, which makes the sessions feel really comfortable and always puts me at ease. As Masha's a great spotter, I always feel safe even when attempting things that look scary as heck.

She's got a lovely cosy set up with the pole plus added bonus of great taste in music and occasional visits from her lovely cat Miah!

I’ve been a student for over 2 months
and I wouldn’t want anyone else to take lessons from.

Very considerate and encouraging of beginners, great techniques and has great advice on products and improvement.

Apart for learning new dance skills it’s so much fun and Masha is and excellent teacher that delivers fun and engaging sessions.
