About Vicky
I have a degree in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) and a Graduate Diploma in Education, (Primary). Excellent knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and assessment standards, with a love of english language and exposing children to a wide range of literature to engage and instil a love of our language and authors. A firm believer in the importance of grammar and spelling, this aspect of teaching is fundamental to all learning areas.

My relationship with the child is fundamental to all learning. The relationship is built on trust, honesty and the ability to engage each child in their learning. I believe in cooperative learning, encouragement and improving confidence and self-belief in all areas. Worksheets have their place to consolidate learning, however, hands-on activities and applying knowledge to real life situations are my preferred methods, depending on the subject and the child.
