About Charlotte
I have ten years of experience tutoring children ages 5-18 as well as experience as a Classroom English Drama teacher. I have been living on the Sunshine Coast for two years since relocating from Sydney where I was teaching full time. Since moving to the Coast I have been extending my skills and experience through OSHC and incursion companies.

I believe it's important to first understand how each student learns before I can teach or tutor them. I draw on their individual interests and skills to assist them in developing confidence in areas needing improvement. I am a strong believer in routine, preparation and organisation but also value the significance of flexibility. I am very thorough with constructive feedback and evaluating the use of feedback to improve. I work with students to set their own goals and provide them with the tools to achieve these.
