About Ben
I'm primarily a musician, though I have been teaching in one form or another ever since I completed my degree in Music and Sound Engineering. I've spent most of my life in London, though I have visited many parts of the world and am now settled in south India where my main job is as a saxophonist and arranger for a Telugu band and a film music producer. When I'm not working, I'm either exploring the country, making friends and working on my languages, or I'm writing novels (I'm about to begin my fifth).

I'm most passionate about different ways of encoding information, which is where my fascination with Music, Math and Languages comes from. I'm also a fiend for puzzles, so a big part of the draw of teaching for me is finding the right way to make learning fun for each individual I work with. I've spent twenty years discovering the best ways to enable people of all ages and learning styles, in groups and individually to overcome their personal barriers and reach their specific goals.
