I am a passionate swim coach and competitive triathlete who loves helping others build confidence and efficiency in the water. I enjoy teaching because I know how life-changing strong swim skills can be, whether for fitness, competition, or personal growth. My goal is to make every session supportive, technical, and enjoyable.

I provide private or group personalised swim and triathlon coaching.
I specialise in stroke development and technique analysis. Throughout the session I will provide advice on how to correct technique with a number of drills that can assist. I can do either a one off session and provide and technique analysis summary for you to work on, or provide ongoing support over a number of sessions.
Personalised training plans are also available if requested.
