About Tiaan
I am a professional Mathematics and Science teacher. I received my Bachelors degree for Education from Stellenbosch University. I have been teaching online for 6 months and I taught lessons to classes of up to 30 learners. I have been teaching in both my subjects for 5 years.

My teaching method is a mixture of old-school and integrated technology (Apps). My goal is to create curiosity about my subjects, thus not only learning rote content, but also understand the history and background of all the facts and axioms. My lessons are also tailor-made for my learners specific requirements, for example if your struggle with algebra the activities and worksheets will be more focused on the specific topic or the learners needs. As a teacher I understand that patience is a virtue and learners all learn at different rates - there is no rush to a decent education.
