I prepare interesting lesson plans for my students and modify them based on students' needs and their level of understanding, providing many examples from their interests and daily lives. As a teacher I have been very practical and need based flexible teacher. I teach by first building a report with my students and adjusting my lesson plans to their level of understanding.
