About Diana
Hi! I am a Visual Arts teacher from Colombia with more than 11 years of experience working with children and young people.
I love combining my teaching experience with my passion for art and creativity to make learning Spanish a fun, natural and meaningful experience.
My lessons are designed around each child's age, interests and developmental stage. I use songs, stories, games, movement, arts and crafts, and sensory activities to introduce Spanish in an engaging and enjoyable way.
As a Visual Arts specialist, I incorporate activities such as painting, drawing, modeling and creative play to encourage curiosity, self-expression and learning through exploration.
Whether your child is discovering Spanish for the first time or beginning to develop their vocabulary, I aim to create a warm, supportive and playful environment where they feel comfortable exploring a new language at their own pace.

Each one-hour session will be adapted to the child's age, interests, attention span and developmental stage. Activities may include:
• Spanish songs, rhymes and movement games
• Stories and picture books in Spanish
• Everyday Spanish vocabulary and simple expressions

• Colors, shapes, animals and numbers
• Playdough and age-appropriate modeling
• Sensory exploration with different textures and materials
• Imaginative and creative play
