About Ing
I am Ing. Linda Hernández, a Quality Engineer and manufacturing professional with extensive hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems, process improvement, product and test method validation, internal auditing, metrology, risk analysis, and problem-solving.
Throughout my professional career, I have worked in different manufacturing environments, including automotive, electronics, and medical devices. My experience includes ISO 9001:2015, IATF/ISO TS 16949, ISO 13485, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, Gage R&R, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, and Core Tools.
I also hold a Master’s Degree in Quality and Productivity and have professional training and certifications in quality auditing, project management, Green Belt, Core Tools, metrology, and quality systems.
My teaching approach is practical and based on real manufacturing experience. My goal is not only to explain quality concepts and tools, but also to help students understand how they are actually applied in manufacturing environments.
