About Emily
I am a business and fine arts student who plans on studying a post-graduate degree in secondary education. I tutor my 15-year old sister in English, which has improved her immensely. I love helping others become better writers and speakers, and aim to improve my teaching abilities through tutoring.

My teaching methodology is to provide academic and creative writing techniques that will set students up for success in in high school English and all forms of university writing. I do this by teaching writing-genre structuring, research and planning, grammatical editing, assignment interpretation and language mastery among other things that will improve a student's long-term English ability.
