About Jack
I'm a QUT Graduate with professional experience in film production, specifically in post production and editing. I've worked on feature films, music videos, commercials, reality TV programs, live sports broadcasts and primetime scripted television series. I have a love and knowledge for all aspects of film and love to share it to those who are interested.

I tailor my lessons to appeal to specifically to my student's interests, what they want to/need to learn and their personality. Everyone learns in a different way, and my goal as a tutor is to tailor my lessons to engage the student no matter the topic subject. I like to use dynamic mediums such as movie scenes, interviews, real scripts and editing workshops to allow for a fun and creative environment.
I offer:
- Film theory (can help with your boring film essays)
- Screenplay / script writing
- Editing technique, editing feedback and software tutorials (Premiere but also can assist you with Avid, Final Cut, etc)
- Directing
- Any film questions you have in general, I will do my best to answer!
