About Cathrein
With 12 years of experience as a Spanish tutor, I have dedicated my career to helping High School and College students achieve their language learning goals through personalised instruction and continuous support. I believe that every learner has unique abilities, learning styles, and aspirations. Instead of following the same teaching method for everyone, I design lessons that suit each student's pace, interests, and academic requirements.
My teaching covers grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, speaking, and conversation practice. I simplify complex grammar rules into easy-to-follow explanations and reinforce learning through practical exercises, interactive discussions, and real-life examples. My lessons encourage active participation because students learn best when they are involved rather than simply listening.
I place great importance on building confidence. Many students feel nervous about speaking a new language, so I create a positive and welcoming learning environment where they feel safe to practice without fear of making mistakes.
