About Praise
Being the 'Go-to' person amongst my classmates during my secondary education, i've had to privately tutor a lot of persons, mates and junior persons included. Having completed my 'O' levels, I was given an admission into the university to study the course of my choice, which is law.
In my second year, I was oppurtuned to teach the Senior classes at FUNMILAYO INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE. I taught English Studies and Government effectively.
As a law student holding a 4.74 CGPA, I've been met by many of my colleagues as well as junior colleagues who needed academic help, which I have been able to offer plausibly.
Also, ss a member of the Academic unit in my school fellowship, I offer tutorials to members of the fellowship and lead a lot of study groups.

Having had to tutor different persons, I have come to the realisation and belief that every individual has a pace of understanding peculiar to him and at such using words and illustrations he can relate to while giving lessons is the way to go. This would enable him have deep understanding and retention of what is being taught.
Of course, knowing what word or illustration your student can relate to requires bringing yourself down to his level and a lot of patience. Though this might be time consuming and require patience, it has proven to be very effective in terms of understanding and retention.
To help persons who battle with retention of basic principles, pop quizzes and assignments covering the scope of what has been taught is frequently given and assessed.
