About Brooke
I just graduated from Oregon State University this past spring where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and where I am obtaining my Master's degree in Education. I love interacting with kids and young adults. I understand that math is not a subject that everyone loves or understands but given the opportunity I would like to help change that. I like incorporating what your interests are into the lessons we have to keep you connected to the material at hand.

My teaching methods can very depending on the student. I love to get to know the student enough that I can create a more precise lesson plan to help boost their confidence about the subject at hand. Not every student learns the same way and thanks to my own schooling I have managed to create many types of teaching for one subject. A lesson plan for me is a basic outline of the goals we want to achieve but to also give us room to work with as we can experience subjects that might be harder and you need more time to work through.
