About Erin
I am a recent graduate from the University of Exeter with a 2:1 in BA (Hons) Sociology.
Throughout my education my exams and assessments have been largely essay based and therefore I have spent many years structuring essays in order to achieve the best grades.
When at school I was mentoring prefect and I have previously mentored GCSE students in a range of subjects. I achieved an A* in English Literature and Language GCSE, largely through learning how to structure my essays.

I am happy to tutor secondary school aged students on essay writing skills. When tutoring I like to take gradual steps towards independent learning. This can start with going over the topics together and explaining what to do with examples. Then we can move on and work through different exercises, tailoring examples to your current subjects.
I am open to ideas and preferences on how you find it best to learn and my methodology can be adapted to best help you.
