About Maria Pia
I attended a high school with a specialization in languages and then graduated from the faculty of modern languages and cultures. but I have been studying and speaking English and Spanish since I was 8 years old. How did I do it? Simple: in addition to hard commitment and dedication, I have associated two of my greatest pleasures with duty: cinema and music! There is nothing better than learning by doing what we like best. It's the way I use to teach. I think it is very useful.

In the past, I have had the opportunity to support repetitions in English and Spanish for many young people, who, following my lessons and tips, have achieved excellent goals, not only in school but also interpersonal, acquiring a good command of the language. I believe that mine is an effective communication with consequent active listening and propensity to work to achieve the various objectives. To ensure that my students acquire a solid foundation and learn English and / or Spanish from a not purely mechanical point of view but rather a fluid one in order to take the right path to fully understand the respective language to learn, I start from 'careful and full teaching of basic grammar, arriving then at the mechanism of listening to songs accompanied by the learning of the correct pronunciation and the analysis of the respective texts, videos and films. Furthermore, among my objectives there is also that of teaching the various English dialects, with a meticulous attention between the American and the English, and the Spanish ones, highlighting the wide differences between Iberian Spanish and Latin American Spanish. Listening and then putting into practice what you have learned is what you must be willing to do for your results to be permanent!
