About Nikola
Hi, I'm Nicky! I graduated from high school in May with the highest academic honors. I was recognized as a National Merit Finalist due to my PSAT and SAT performance. I achieved a perfect score in R&W for both the PSAT and the SAT. My 1570 SAT score put me in the top 1% of test takers nationally. Regarding SAT tutoring, I am certified and have worked as a volunteer senior tutor on Schoolhouse where I have hosted full bootcamps and have received only positive reviews from former students who improved their test scores. I have also helped friends with their SAT study and prep. Whether you are just starting to prepare for the SAT or have already taken several practice tests and know where you stand, I would be happy to help you reach the score you want.

My lessons are intended for rising sophomores and above who want to prepare themselves for the SAT, as well as those who have already taken an PSAT/SAT and want to learn how to improve their scores, especially in the R&W section. Since I scored a perfect 800 in R&W, I'm happy to share my learning approach and strategies I used to clear the section easily. I listen to every student and try to develop a personalized approach to their preferred learning style. I am patient, friendly, and considerate. An interactive lesson with me might include going over any missed problems from practice tests (if applicable), explaining mistakes, sharing relevant information and tips and/or what I would do for each question, going over example problems for target skills and, of course, answering questions from the student. I also like to make a plan for the next tutoring session with clear expectations and goals.
