About Matai
Hiiiii I'm Matai. A 23 year old New Zealander who absolutely loves different cultures, languages and people! Teaching English has become a passion for me over the last couple of years as I don't only get to do good in this world but also I can meet many wonderful people and learn about their cultures. I've learned Spanish myself so I know how daunting another language can be so I try to teach English like how I would have liked to learn Spanish. Slowly and enjoyably. Hope to see you soon!

One-on-one 45 minute English lessons that cover speaking, writing, reading and listening. Over sessions I'll prepare material suited specifically for you. Mark your written work. Prepare tasks to help improve your English. I'm a recent graduate of CELTA, a native speaker and my lessons are aimed at beginner - intermediate speakers who just want to get their English moving. I know what it can be like to learn another language! So it'll be fun!
