About Jonas
I have taken up tutoring (again!) after graduating with a PhD in mathematics, because I miss teaching. I have been teaching in various capacities for well over 10 years, both in classrooms and 1-on-1. For the past year, I have done it online.
While my main subject is mathematics, I have experience teaching both physics and statistics at an undergraduate level.
As a person, I am friendly and patient. I am a Swedish native but have studied and worked in the US for years.

I tutor online using Google Meet. Lessons are normally 1h and after the lesson I send you the notes I've taken.
Lessons are individually adapted to the needs and wants of the student. We can discuss theory or practice solving problems, but whatever the particular method chosen, I always prioritize understanding over rote learning.
