I am a husband and father of two (ages 2 and 3 months). I have taught Resource/Special Ed for three years and did some sub teaching before that. My education background is a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Masters in Science.

I start my lessons off with basic fundamentals on what a student has learned so far to help gauge my lesson plan. Once I see what they know/don’t know, I differentiate my teaching to make sure they know the material that is required of their grade level or higher. I also tend to repeat some of the material just to make sure they have grasped the material.
