In biology, a lot of concepts appear easy on the surface but require a deeper understanding to be able to do well. Being a recent graduate, I aim to incorporate methods of achieving this understanding that I used last year. Going through and taking our time understanding content prior in classes will mean my students will have the luxury of using class lessons as valuable revision time, meaning no matter how much work they do undertake outside of class, they'll always be steps ahead. I like to have a comprehensive understanding of only what is needed for this course, but will go over aspects that will help enhance my students understanding of the content.
