About Carole
I am a very well established Recruitment Owner and I have had my business for 30 years
I started my employment days working for Reed Accountancy, then Office Angels and later ran the branch for Hays Accountancy. I then worked for a family run agency as a Recruitment Manager, covering multiple roles in Recruitment for 6 years
I then became a Specialist Recruiter for McGinley Construction and Short Term Engineers
Throughout this time I have placed a plethora of candidates across every industry, and guided them through to job offers by mentoring them, assessing their CVs, running through interview scenarios and any other related questions they have prior to interviews
I care about what I do and I appreciate getting a job in this market isn't easy so I will offer the best advice to you
My husband and I have also run training courses with the Department of Work and Pensions and assisted Professionals and Executives get back into work by running one to ones and workshops.

Advice given on job boards to use and how to make your CV more visible to recruitment agencies when they are looking for candidates to put forward to their jobs
