About Mythili
I’m a certified and registered yoga instructor over 4 years of experience with specialization in children’s and pregnancy yoga. I teach hatha yoga for all levels of students from beginner to advanced. I do have experience in teaching yoga for kids (4 - 12 yrs) and teens in schools. Also I teach prenatal and post natal yoga classes for wellness of mother and baby.

I teach Hatha yoga style and the base class includes yoga poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation. The private classes will be tailored according to individual needs. An individual can feel energetic and relaxed and the end of the session.
