About Gabrielle
Hello. My name is Gabrielle and I am a medical student who has completed A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Further Mathematics.
Having had the opportunity to develop my knowledge and further my skills in my degree had made me eager to use my experience and knowledge to benefit my students. Having had experience tutoring students of various ages has allowed me to adapt different strategies to suit the student so that they learn best.
We spend time on previous work that they have struggled on and I would use this as a basis for the first part of the lesson to help them understand the concept of the work they have been set. The lesson will also be on a topic that they may be struggling on and we will use a range of practice questions for the student to understand how to tackle a difficult question as well as build up their confidence in knowing how to approach and successfully answer a question.
