About Breannan
Hello there, my name is Breannan the owner and founder of Better Life Therapy Remedial Massage. I’ve always had an interest in helping people become free of pain from daily stressors that cause tense muscles.
4 years ago l decided to follow my passion and obtain a degree as a remedial massage therapist and ever since, I'd like to think I have made a difference in peoples lives. I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of what massage can do.
While studying at Tafe Queensland in Ipswich I have confidently completed such massage subjects as; Remedial massage, Swedish (relaxation massage), Corporate (seated massage) and Pregnancy massage.
After completing the course and working within the industry I have perfected techniques in deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release as well as Swedish massage techniques; effleurage, petrissage and friction. In addition to this I have also completed a Hot Stone course to incorporate into a massage treatment.

I mainly assist those students who are already enrolled into a massage course that may need that extra help with techniques.
This would include how to gain the right body positing to promote longevity, massage techniques relevant to the right massage etc.
