About Alaina
I have been giving lessons since I was 16 years old to children and adolescents ranging from 3 years old to 18 years old assistant coaching competitive swim teams. I love the sport and aim to give back what was given to me in regards to coaching, time, and effort!

My method and philosophy depends greatly on the learning level on the student, however, I am optimistic and approach each student with the most positive ideas in mind. For young children- I aim to have maximum comfort with the water and potentially an interest in competent and competitive swim team for the future. For older children and adolescents, I am to work towards perfect strokes and improving times in races.
