About Catherine
I was a competitive, elite gymnast for 10 years. After competing, I've shared my love for gymnastics by coaching a wide variety of classes. I've coached ages 6 months to 17 years, beginning and advanced classes. I have experience in Acrobatic gymnastics, Artistic gymnastics, Parkour, flexibility and strength classes.

Each person has a unique and special way of learning, I do my best to assess and appropriately coach my athletes based on their needs. I love coaching entry level skills such as forward rolls and cartwheels, to higher level skills such as flipping and twists. I also have experience with flexibility training, and maintaining basic to advanced levels of flexibility. I aim to create an environment that is fun, safe and provides athletes with top notch fundamentals.

Details
The first lesson will be free for me to assess basic skills and needs of the athlete, and to ensure that the program is a good fit. Each lesson after, will depend based on the skill level of the athlete, and goals.
Beginners/Intermediate level: $20 a class.
Advanced/Flexibility/Strength: $23 a class.
