I am a retired science teacher with 15 years of experience in the classroom. I hold a teaching certificate from the state of Texas. I currently teach classes on Outschool.
Before I was a teacher I worked as the assistant to the Director of Laboratories at St. John's College.

My approach is simple...I identify where the student is struggling and we target concepts, strategies, tricks, tips and helpful hints to get them to be successful.
Each student is different and I work to find an approach that is meaningful and helps the student to connect with the material.
I bring a lot of humor to each session because learning is a llot easier when it is fun.
I work best with middle school and high school students.
