I believe that "The only time SUCCESS comes before WORK is in the dictionary" and/or "Don't be afraid to work hard enough to find out how good you can really be". I believe that attitude is everything and the right attitude + hard work = success! I like to illustrate/model the how and explain the why. I really "know my stuff" and I am outstanding in communicating what I know to others - minimizing memorization and maximizing understanding!
