About Armando
I’m Armando - a rising junior at Harvard studying Bioengineering and Computer Science. As a first-generation college student from an underrepresented background, I’ve learned to thrive in intense academic settings through resilience, focus, and a strong commitment to growth. I’ve succeeded in some of Harvard’s most demanding math, engineering, and data science courses, and I bring that same level of discipline and clarity to my tutoring. I know how to help students not just keep up but truly excel. But beyond academics, I’m someone who believes in balance and connection. I love playing futsal with my friends, grilling at cookouts, and reading classic books in my downtime. I bring that same warmth and energy to my sessions, building trust with students while helping them develop the tools and confidence they need to succeed in any classroom, from high school to top universities.
