About Ritvik

Ritvik is an aspiring doctor currently studying medicine at Imperial College London. He has a special interest in education and helping others. He enjoys playing sports such as football, softball and paddle. He wants to do his best to help other students and genuinely cares.

About the lesson

Ritvik is very interested in education and has spent hours understanding the scientific basis of learning. He applies this to his own academic career and will do the same to help his students. Ritvik focuses on finding out the students' weak points and targeting revision towards these areas. This closes any knowledge gaps and gives the students the best chance of scoring top marks. He was a peer tutor at school and was a volunteer biology tutor with an NGO in India. A typical lesson would range from 1-2 hours, depending on the students' needs and availability. For Ritvik, this is more than just a job or a transaction; he understands his responsibilities and thoroughly plans each lesson for his students. He is open to feedback and to adapting his teaching to best suit the student, as everyone is different and lessons are curated with this in mind.
