About Omar
I am a biomedical Engineering student at RMIT university who will be graduating in June of this year (2019). Teaching is a passion of mine, and I have mentored other students in my degree over the past few years in the mathematics units we've taken together and feel confident in my ability to share my skills with others who would like some assistance.

I like to take things step-by-step and logically, approaching mathematical tasks and questions in sequential order so that in the future, similar problems can be tackled almost as if running through a checklist. Breaking down the tasks in this manner has helped me and other during my tertiary studies.
I like to get to know the person I'm teaching so I can adjust my strategies in a way to make it as organic a method of understanding mathematics as possible. My philosophy is to complete the problem on my own, then present the approach to the question as clearly as possible to the student, building the student's ability to tackle the question by directing them to stay on the sequential order that has been laid out.
