About Zihao
I am an electrical engineering student in RMIT. The first basketball game I watched was in 2007， it was NBA Eastern Final G5 between Cleveland Cavaliers and Detroit Piston. Since LeBron James dominated the the end game, my little heart fell in love with basketball. It was lucky to see Yao Ming playing in the league, since we are all from China, Houston Rockets became my favorite team no matter they are in the bottom or the top. Unfortunately, I couldn't have the opportunity to learn basketball in a coaching system. I can only play basketball in the P.E. class or several hours in the weekends but that still made me happy and addicted. I started watching NBA coaching strategy since I broke my arm in high school, then I realized offense and defense are all set up instead of having fun to dribble or shoot wherever I want. I enjoy the feeling if my teammates scored after I set up a play for them, I feel much happier than I am the person who scored on the court. I believe every player is unique and I would love to explore their potential on both offense and defense. I hope there is a chance that I can learn from a coaching system and teach someone like me who has a passion for basketball.

I would build up the interest of basketball for kids first, since this is the basic idea of each basketball player all over the world. Then, I would teach them the fundamental skills on how to dribble, past, shoot and so on. If the players are teenagers, I would let them play under the playbook. It is necessary for them to understand the efficiency on each offense and defense. Also, believing in their teammates and create an unitive environment will be the team policy at all the time.

If there is a chance, I would prefer being an assistant coaching for FREE. I have a lot of passion for basketball and I am just looking forward to learning how those professional coaches train their players.
