About Wei Lun
I am an engineering student and I have been studying in RMIT University for more than 3 years since 2016. I have participated a lot of student programs and clubs provided from RMIT especially activity director and currently Bundoora Campus representative of RMIT Malaysian Club. I do not have experience as a tutor or teacher but I am willing to take this opportunity to teach students my ways of learning that students will recognize and understand in the most convenience.

My teaching method is based on using imagination and teamwork to get the most results out of the day. Efficiency and productivity are the key values towards teaching, emphasizing their understandings through 4 points technique. Observation is an initial phase (Issue assessment), second is brainstorming ideas(Concept generation), third is analyzing (Concept evaluation) and lastly is provide a solution (detailed design). For example, I could use this method when students group together in a circle table so they could exchange ideas and opinions across each other, this improves the social exposure and interaction between students due to the discussion structure is centralized.
