About Varvara

I am an ex-rhythmic gymnast, dancer, circus artist and fitness instructor. Trained in classical ballet, RG, WAG and even MAG plus basic acrobatics and tumbling - both in Russia and Australia. I hold a variety of gymnastics qualifications and I am also qualified as a fitness instructor.

About the lesson

My methodology is based on whether its a small group, a couple or a one-on-one lesson ane the age range of my students. For more advanced gymnasts I give 1.5 hour training. Everything within is a matter of trial and error, your current fitness level, goals and ideas! :)

Please note that I no longer travel beyond Bondi/city area.

Perfect! Varvara is a great teacher. She communicated very well with my 7 years old daughter. She always enjoy her lessons. Varvara is very knowledgeable and focus on details which help my daughter improvements. I was told in Japan that my daughter's floor skills is very advance. Varvara could bring kid to the next level with her lesson. We had a great time with her.
