I am a qualified Russian Language and Literature teacher with professional experience teaching in a school setting as well as working with students individually. She's really patient, but she also doesn't let you get away with just nodding along - she gets you talking pretty fast, which is the part I was scared of. We did a couple of lessons on cases and I went in expecting it to be miserable, and it just... wasn't. Highly recommend her if you actually want to learn and not just sit through lessons.
