About Ruth
I'm Ruth, a passionate and dedicated creative practitioner who believes deeply in the power of art to break down barriers and inspire positive social change. As someone who is neurodivergent, I bring a unique perspective to my practice—one that values difference, champions accessibility, and encourages everyone to find their own voice through creativity. My experience spans working with people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds—from leading art sessions in dementia care settings to collaborating on school and community projects, and curating exhibitions focused on mental health awareness. These experiences have shaped my inclusive, empathetic, and hands-on approach to teaching. You can expect a welcoming, respectful, and professionally structured space where you’re supported to express yourself freely and confidently.
