About Fatima
I'm a Financial Technology student with several years of real tutoring experience across SAT prep, algebra, geometry, AP Calculus, and English Language Arts.
I've consistently been told I explain things differently, that I make concepts feel intuitive rather than mechanical. Multiple students and parents have told me I should have gone into psychology, which I take as a compliment. It means I actually pay attention to where a student is emotionally with a subject, not just academically!
I believe a student who feels judged or rushed simply cannot learn. So I don't do either.
My students improve. More importantly, they stop dreading the subject.

My lessons are built around one goal: finding exactly where the confusion started and fixing it at the root, not just patching it for the next test.
Most students who struggle with math aren't bad at math. They hit one concept that didn't click, nobody slowed down, and everything after that felt impossible. That's what I reverse.
Sessions are conversational, not lecture-style. I ask a lot of questions, not to test you, but to understand how your brain is approaching the problem. Then I meet you there.
